Welcome to the Commercial Exchange Club. Originally established for use as an Officers’ Club for the United States Army, this lovely facility opened on March 17, 1943. For over fifty years the CEC has been a private, member only social club. Located at The Port of Stockton, the picturesque clubhouse is situated on almost an acre of landscaped grounds.

The Commercial Exchange Club offers the ideal setting for luncheons with friends and/or business associates and clients.  Several private meeting rooms are available for use daily.

A full service restaurant, the Commercial Exchange Club serves cold and hot  buffets which change daily as well as a plated menu, featuring an extensive selection of fresh seasonal cuisine.

Special service for weddings, banquets, breakfasts, parties, receptions and meetings is also available for evenings and weekends. In addition, we can help you to arrange a business meeting, seminar or social event at The Commander’s House. Our professional and accommodating staff will be pleased to work with you on customizing any special gathering.
