Welcome to the Commercial Exchange Banquet Hall. Originally established for use as an Officers’ Club for the United States Army, this lovely facility opened on March 17, 1943. For over fifty years the Commercial Exchange was a private, member-only social club. Located at The Port of Stockton, the picturesque clubhouse is situated on almost an acre of landscaped grounds.

The Commander's House was also built in the 1940's. This beautiful property overlooks the Delta and is surrounded by water and a private park.

The Banquet Hall and the Commander's House are available for weddings, banquets, parties, receptions, meetings and other social events.
