~ $1000.00 Facility Use Fee
Due Friday prior to the event.
~ $1000.00 Deposit
Due at time of signing contract. Deposit will be returned after the event has occurred and there has been a walk through of the facility with no damage found.
~ One million dollar Insurance Rider naming the Port of Stockton and Stockton Joe's as the insured. The Insurance can be obtained through your homeowners, or online, look for special event insurance. Cost average is $200.00 to $450.00. The proof of insurance for the rental is due 10 days prior to the event.
~ In the event that alcoholic beverages are going to be served, a licensed security guard is required for every 50 guests. Without alcohol, one licensed security guard is required for 75 or more guests. An additional licensed security guard is required for 150 or more guests. 250 or more guests shall required three licensed security guards.
~ Six hour party. Set up time not included.
~ Will seat 50 to 120 comfortably inside. The outside landscaped area is also available for your event; several hundred guests can be accomodated when using the Commander's House grounds.
~ Tables and Chairs being used outside need to be rented from an event rental company.
Stockton Joe's is the food & beverage caterer for all events.
