EVENT FEES
50 Guest Minimum
Maximum of 200 Guests Inside
The Facility Use Fee is $ 550.00 which covers up to six hours per event. Additional charges will be applied after six hours and after midnight.
The Deposit is $ 300.00 (non-refundable if event is cancelled). The Deposit will applied as a credit to the final bill for the event on a prorated basis after inspection of the facility.
In the event that alcoholic beverages are going to be served, a licensed security guard is required for every 60 guests. Without alcohol, one licensed security guard shall be required for 100 or more guests. 150 or more guests shall require an additional licensed security guard to be present.
A $1,000,000 insurance rider naming the Port of Stockton and Stockton Joe's as the insured may be required. Proof of the special event insurance for the rental is due ten days prior to the event.
A $75.00 Cake Cutting & Serving Fee,
includes China, Glassware & Flatware
Corkage Fee is $10.00 per bottle
Sales Tax & Gratuity are included in the cost of the menu items
